So you want to gather feedback and connect with your customers? Great! Reputation Builder has got you covered.
In order to sign up for the Reputation Builder click here.
1. Select how many locations you would like to add.
2. Select the Pro Plan (pricing will update based on how many locations you have selected).
3. Account Info: Confirm you are logged in to the appropriate account, or create one now.
4. Billing Info: Enter the Cardholder Name, Business Name (if applicable) and the Billing Address. You can select a Google Powered Suggestion, or enter the address manually.
5. Payment: Enter your Credit Card Details and select "Complete Order".
6. Add your information / business: Select "Manage your businesses".
Tip! If you do not do this now you can always come back to your account and manage/add businesses later.
7. Add an Account Manager: You will log in to the Reputation Builder Tool on a separate page. You will create one Manager Account who will then be able to add users to the tool. This is helpful if you want multiple people to be able to access the tool without giving them access your Whitepsark account, where billing information is stored. See more on Adding Users here.
Tip! If you are using this tool for a client you can add your client as a user and give them access to see only their own business.
8. Add your Business: Enter your Business Name, Phone Number and Address and select Create.
You will now be able to view any businesses that you have added, add new businesses, change or cancel your subscription:
