1. What will you need from me, the agency?
To kick off your client’s service, we’ll set up a 30-minute call with you to collect and verify information about the business. We’ll share a Google Drive folder with you for each of your clients, so you can easily share files like logos and brand guides (if available) with us.
2. How does Whitespark manage to work on the account and still stay "behind the scenes" without revealing that it's Whitespark?
We’ll manage your clients’ accounts using an unbranded GMB user account, all you need to do is add Whitespark as a manager to the GMB account. We appear as an agency account named “Google My Business Management Service.”
3. Do you have direct contact with my clients?
Your agency is the recipient of all Whitespark communication regarding your clients’ accounts, and our team will not be in direct contact with your clients.
4. Will you need to communicate with my clients through an email account on my agency’s domain?
We don’t use accounts on other agencies’ domains. Your GMB Service Account Manager will send all communication including task updates and monthly reports to your agency, which you can then share directly with your client.
5. Who will approve content for Posts, descriptions, etc?
Our team writes content for every GMB feature including Google Posts, Business Description, Services/Products, Questions & Answers based on information on your client’s website, their social channels and information you give us during an intake call. Our team also designs Google Posts based on best practices, our experience and your client’s brand appearance. We can send content to you for approval before it’s published if required.
6. Do you offer an agency discount?
