The Customer Activity dashboard pulls together all your customers, 1st party and 3rd party reviews into one screen providing you with a real-time stream of all customer activity, and saves you time with more efficient workflows.

Delete or Send (or Re-Send) Feedback Request to customers, change the Date Range of data shown, and Export results to .pdf or .csv with a quick click.

Filtering Options
We’ve put powerful segmentation capabilities at your fingertips with just a few clicks. Sort review data by Location, Rating Type, Tags, and Activity & Actions. Apply multiple filters from each category to arrive at the information you need for the insights you’re looking for.
Locations (Labels) – Select one or multiple locations, or labels (groups of locations). Save time with the Search function.
Rating Type – Select from
- 1st party reviews,
- 3rd party reviews,
- Promoters 9-10,
- Passive 7-8,
- Detractors 0-6.
- Stars - 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1,
- Facebook Recommend: Yes
- Facebook Recommend: No
- Google Attributes: Positive
- Google Attributes: Negative
Tags – Filter customer activity by tags you have implemented (Auto-tagging & Tag Widget)
Activity & Actions – This powerful list of selections allows you to customize your view according to a specific activity or action including:

Manage
Each entry in Customer Activity includes a Manage button. This button reveals a selection of actions unique to 1st- and 3rd-party reviews.
Manage for 1st-party reviews (direct feedback) includes:
- View Profile
- Show in Widget ON/OFF
- Resend a Request
- Respond
Manage for 3rd-party reviews includes:
- Show in Widget ON/OFF
- View on Site Name
- Reply (for Google reviews only with GMB Authorization)
- If a Google review has been replied to, Manage options update to include Edit.
