If you're a business owner in need of citations for more than one of your locations, or an agency that wants to submit an order for multiple clients at the same time, here is how you can place a Bulk Order.
1. Sign in to your Whitespark account and click on "Place a New Order" under the Citation Building Service in your dashboard.
2. You will be taken to the "Citation Building Submission Service" form where you will start by selecting the country of where the businesses are located.
3. Select the amount of each citation you want from the drop down menus. Your total will populate in the Order Total window.
4. Select any add-ons you want, and indicate how many locations you are ordering for.
5. Enter your payment information and click "Process Payment". You will be asked to upload your intake form after the payment step.
6. Once your payment has gone through, you will be redirected to the Intake Form submission page. You can download a blank intake form from this screen, upload your completed intake form, and any photos you want to include in your order, if you're ready to submit right away. You will also receive an email with a blank intake form attached, and a link to the submission page, if you want to submit your intake form later. Work on your order will not start until we have received your completed intake form. (see Step 8)
7. Ensure that you complete the Bulk Submit Worksheet tab on the intake form for all locations you are including in your order.
8. Attach your completed intake form, and any photos you wish to use, on the order submission page, and submit your order to us.
