Why are some of my citations not showing up?
Our data providers can be inconsistent with the results returned. Sometimes, you can run the exact same search the next day, or even just hours later and get slightly different results. If a citation you know you have isn't showing up, try using the "re-run and append" link on the search results page. It might show up on an additional search. We've also seen slight variations in search results depending on the phone number format. For example, run one search in this format: (555) 555-5555 and another search using this format: 555-555-5555.
Also, please note that if your citations are not indexed in Google, they will not show up in the Local Citation Finder results. So, if you've recently submitted some citations, it can take a few weeks or even a few months for them to get indexed by Google, depending on the citation source. To speed up the indexing process, you could build a "Our Online Profiles" page on your website and link to all your known citations. Linking to them from anywhere else you can will also help, like, tweeting, Facebook sharing, etc.
