More often than not, a subscription will be put on hold if we ran into trouble processing your most recent payment. This could mean that the payment was declined, the card has expired, or your credit card provider stopped payment (this can happen when your card has been flagged for fraud). Not to worry, any of these issues can usually be ironed out with a call to your credit card support line, or an update to your credit card details that we have on file for you.
If you have had a conversation with your credit card company and you know for a fact that everything is right as rain on your end, please submit a ticket. It could be a glitch with our system. If so, we'll work our magic to get this sorted in a jiffy!
