But, because our citations are all created by hand, there are times when we have to hold off on accepting new orders until our team is caught up. We would never want to bite off more than we can chew.
When we've reached capacity, we always issue a date of when we expect to be ready to accept new orders. We encourage you to check back at that time and forgive us for the inconvenience.
