How to Upgrade an Existing Business to a Subscription with SMS
1. Log into your Whitespark account - https://accounts.whitespark.ca/sign-in , locate Reputation Builder and click Change Subscription / Cancel / Receipts
2. Select the business you wish to upgrade, and click edit
3. Click on the dropdown menu under plan, and select the plan you want. You need to choose Pro or higher to enable SMS messages. Your changes will be automatically saved.
