The Reputation Builder is set up to have the business manager for your business location or the Whitespark account holder manually add customers to the tool in order for your clients to receive feedback requests. If you have a high volume of customers, you may also choose to do a bulk import of your customers' details from a CSV or XLS file.
Despite these options, we received feedback from enterprise users who found this process too time consuming. This is often the case if you are managing several business locations under a single brand, or if you are a single location with several departments—it can be difficult to gather customers who may access your business from various departments. To ease the burden for these users, we have decided to offer custom configurations on these accounts that will have our development team streamline the customer import process for you. The end result will have the Reputation Builder do a daily pull of your customer data, upload it, and automatically send out feedback requests to new customers.
