With Reputation Builder, you're able to send repeat customers multiple feedback requests, so you can receive feedback from them after every visit or appointment.
1. Log into your Whitespark account - https://accounts.whitespark.ca/sign-in - and launch Reputation Builder. Select your business.
2. Click Settings > Feedback Settings
3. Locate the toggle for Repeat Customer Feedback.
If this is switched OFF, you will not be able to send repeat customers multiple feedback requests at all. If you're doing a bulk import, repeat customers would be filtered out.
If this is switched ON, you will be able to send repeat customers multiple feedback requests, once the specified number of days has passed. When setting your threshold, consider the average time between appointments with a customer. For example, if you typically see your repeat customers once per month, set the threshold to 30 days. If you're doing a bulk import, repeat customers will be uploaded, as long as your threshold number of days has passed since their last feedback request, otherwise they will be filtered out.
Tip! Having the Repeat Feedback option turned on does not mean that Reputation Builder will automatically start sending out new feedback requests to your existing customers, you'd need to upload the customer into your dashboard again, or manually click into each customer and trigger a new feedback request to be sent.
