1. Log into your Whitespark account - https://accounts.whitespark.ca/sign-in
2. Click Change Subscription / Cancel / Receipts under Reputation Builder
3. To change your payment method, click on Update Credit Card Info, and enter your details.
To change your subscription, click edit beside the business you'd like to change, and select the plan you'd like from the drop down menu. If you have multiple locations, they do not all need to be on the same subscription level.
