This post will show you how to set the threshold of what is considered Negative and Positive Feedback in Reputation Builder.
1) Log into your Reputation Builder account
2) Click on the Business you would like to set the threshold for.
3) In the Menu (upper right) click on "Settings -> Feedback Settings" and choose your desired threshold from the dropdown under 'Positive Feedback Page Threshold'
Pro-Tip: Remember if negative feedback is left the Social Links will not be shown to prevent the unhappy customer from "venting" across the web. Instead the customer can leave additional information that only you can see. You will also be informed by Reputation Builder via email alert that someone left less than positive feedback which allows you to follow up in person if desired.
