You have the option to add up to four 4 survey questions to your customer feedback landing page. To do this, please follow the steps below:
1) Log in to your Reputation Builder account at https://rb.whitespark.ca/login
2) Click on Settings in the top right side of the page, then on Survey Questions from the drop down menu.
3) Click on the blue Add Survey Questions button, a new field will appear.
4) You can edit the question, the 0 and 10 descriptors (the Neutral 5 cannot be edited), and the keyword/phrase attached to the question. This keyword is used for the reporting column label.
5) You can use the Move Up, Move Down, or Delete buttons to change the order of your questions, or delete questions.
6) Your changes are saved automatically.
** Tip - the NPS question cannot be moved, edited or deleted
