Every customer that leaves you feedback will see one of your landing pages. You can customize the templates to best to fit your business. It is important to note that the templates may vary slightly, depending on what Request Mode you're using, but the process to edit templates is the same.
1. Log in via https://rb.whitespark.ca/ and select the business you’d like to edit
2. Click Requests > Request Modes
3. All of the email and feedback landing page templates available in your mode can be edited from this page
4. Make the necessary changes to your templates. Tags can be inserted by right clicking. Don't forget to click save!
Tip! Due to Google's updated Terms of Service regarding text reviews, your Online Review Links will now be displayed in both your positive and negative feedback landing pages.
