With our different Request Modes, you can customize your email templates like never before. It is important to note that the templates may vary slightly, depending on what Request Mode you're using, but the process to edit templates is the same.
1. Log in via https://rb.whitespark.ca/ and select the business you'd like to edit
2. Click Requests > Request Modes
3. From here, you can edit all of the email and landing page templates available in the Request Mode you're using.
4. You can edit different parts of the templates, to best fit what you want to say to your customers.
Tip! There are certain tags you can use to enhance your message, you can right click to see what tags can be inserted.
5. You can enter your email address to send a test email, and see what your customers will see
